Seiketsu is the fourth step from Kaizen. 5S become the simple tool but strong to organize the workplace with the efficient way. The definition of Seiketsu is environmental preservation that already clean and neat, and become work standard. The Function of seiketsu itself is to make sure all three component 5S that can be done correctly

The core of implemantation Seiketsu is to make sure the activity to keep all three step (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso) to make it to the standard

• Estabilish the jobs that have be done so the job is always the same and do it regularly

All this standard must be easy to understand, implement it to all of organization member and periodictly check

4. Use the red tag as a part of everyday habit in work place
